Natural textures, shaded eaves, and modest forms allow the building to feel grounded and welcoming—more home than institution. The structure’s tone is intentionally warm and familiar, reflecting a sense of care and safety.
Organized linearly, the healthcare and daycare wings are positioned side by side, forming an open corridor that culminates in a small, enclosed playground. This central space acts as a shared courtyard where children are free to play within view and reach of their parents or guardians. The planning emphasizes visibility, safety, and shared use.
