Architect\u00a0 <\/h1>\n

Joseph Hector A. Balonda<\/strong> graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila year 1991. Before taking the Licensure Examinations, he worked in the Philippine Tourism Office in Bohol. Pursuing the career he started, he took the examinations and passed on the year 1997. Collaborating with Arch. Lagunay, their partnership give way to numerous projects until they go along their own ways on 2005. He then started his own firm J.H.A. Balonda Architects Design and Build Services. Being very active in the chapter, he was given a chance to serve as a Board of Director, a Treasurer and as the United Architects of the Philippines -Bohol Chapter President for three consecutive years up to 2013.<\/p>\n

BALONDA ARCHITECTS & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES as its registered name was founded on July of 2009 in the heart of the city of Tagbilaran, Bohol. The team was headed by Arch. Joseph Hector A. Balonda. The firm accepts a wide range of building types and functions but most works are into elegant bungalows and residences.<\/p>\n

Giving back to nature was the main focus on the firms designs. Taking into account the environment as the major factor in the design of our works especially for residences and resorts. Doing modern designs for tropical climate, incorporating concepts of passive cooling and green architecture is the firms main objective.<\/p>\n
