Commercial exteriors are quite challenging to articulate, but Balonda Architects has done a remarkable work with the façade of Bohol Ecotel at A. Hontanosas Street, Poblacion III. The building features bold and sleek lines, making the three-story midrise seem like a pioneering masterpiece. A spacious lobby and restaurant welcome you inside. While on the left-side on it are three-rentable spaces. Private accommodations are found on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building; the residence of the owner overlooks both the Tagbilaran and Dauis bay. With ambient lighting, lovely furniture, and a neutral color scheme, it feels commodious.
